I had a shed delivered last fall and was really happy with it. Some idiot in my neighborhood shot the windows out of it with a pellet gun. I called Wood Kingdom to see what they could do about it and although they said the glass wasn't covered by any warranty they would see what they could do. Frank came to my house and looked at it. Well I didn't hear anything for a week so I called him up to complain about the wait. He told me to check out the shed. Sure enough the shed had been repaired and was as good as new. I asked how much I owed him, preparing for the worst, and he said is was on them and that they appreciated our business. I was floored. I thought those days were long gone. I don't think I'll need another shed, but if I did, I would buy it from Wood Kingdom.

Wanted to buy a swing set for my kids for Christmas. I waited a little too long and that stupid snow storm hit before Christmas. Santa didn't want to disappoint so I trudged to the Coram Wood Kingdom to see what we could do. Chris the manager helped us. We climbed through the snow to see the sets in their outdoor yard, both of us almost killing ourselves. I asked if there was any chance of getting one before the holiday and he laughed and said he could see what he could do. Well Merry Christmas!! Two men arrived early Christmas Eve with a snow blower to clear out the spot for the set, and about an hour later a crew arrived and brought our playground!! The kids were so surprised and so were we. Thank you.

We had a small party for my son and daughter. They are 1 and 2 1/2. The kids had a great time. Since there were more adults then kids we ordered a lot of food from the catering menu. Since my husand is Italian we ordered all the Italian goodies. I'm Irish so I don't even know the names of some of the stuff, but our guests did and they loved everything. The food was so good that we catered our New Year's party from the same place. Place is real good and so is the food.

Went to book a party at the Wood Kingdom and could'nt believe all the changes. The place looked great. We walked through the new Kingdom entrance and just loved everything. Party is in two weeks and we are excited. My son can't wait for the treasure hunt with the pirate!!

My experience both with parties and service were excellent. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. They bent over back wards to accomodate me, making a house call to measure and make sure that where I wanted to place the set would be safe and have adequate space. The set is sturdy and the kids really enjoy it. I would also recommend birthday parties at wood kingdom, they are always well supervised and lots of fun for the kids. The prices can't be beat for all that they include.
